Subject to agreement with the producer(s) of the films concerned, the European Parliament has authorised the use of the following labels:

- The label "LUX PRIZE-THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT IS COMMITTED TO CULTURE"

- The label "LUX PRIZE 2010-OFFICIAL SELECTION" for the 7 films in the Official Selection which are not in competition

- The label "LUX PRIZE 2010-OFFICIAL SELECTION - COMPETITION" for the 3 films which are in competition

- The label "LUX PRIZE 2010-WINNER" for the winning film in the LUX PRIZE 2010
